What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping costs are $3.95. AIf your order is over $50, shipping is free.
Will I receive a confirmation when my order has shipped?
We will send you an order confirmation within one hour. If something went wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. They will help you further!
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. will be delivered within 5 to 12 business days (Unless otherwise specified). 📦
What if my product is not delivered on time?
We then ask you to wait one more day for your order. This may be due to extreme pressure on the parcel services. You can always contact us. We will gladly take a look with you! 😁
Can I cancel an order?
