Exchange and Return Policy

NOTICE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. THERE ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS.

Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. Complete Order: The order contains all correct parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as when the product was received.
  2. Proper Handling: Normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  3. Hygiene Products: Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. Defective Product: The product was defective upon receipt.
  5. Shipping Costs: We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. Processing Time: A return is processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return is officially confirmed within this period.
  7. Condition of Returned Items: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without it being our fault.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@brightplaybox.com and ensure that the email includes the following:

    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s address
  2. Receive Return Address: We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will give you the correct address once you have requested it.

  3. Shipping Costs: You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or professional activity:

A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Right of Withdrawal:
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

Automated Processing:
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is complete, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BrightPlaybox) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Registration for Shipments in Transit:
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the return shipment is as swift as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we have been informed of your withdrawal from this agreement and have received the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Return Shipping:
All returns are at the customer's expense and must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
